Board Meetings

All meetings of the Warrensburg-Latham CUSD #11 Board of Education, unless otherwise noted, are held in the Warrensburg-Latham District Office located at 430 West North Street, Warrensburg, IL 62573 and are open to the public. These public meetings are scheduled to start at 7:30 pm unless otherwise noted.

A meeting schedule is adopted by the Board every two years. Generally, the W-L Board meets on the fourth Wednesday of each month with the second Wednesday reserved for special meetings. The preceding Monday is used when a conflict with a holiday or a required meeting exists. The Board President may call board meetings with 48 hour notice.

All meeting minutes must be approved by the Board of Education at a regularly scheduled monthly meeting before they can be posted. Therefore, there may be up to 35 days before meeting minutes are posted.
