Monday, May 14
- Congrats to our ms track athletes who have qualified for State competition: Gabe Kent, KD Young, Savanna Fisher, Anna Bucholz, Rachel Hoppe, Emily Wynne, Taylor George, and Emma Gardner.
- Congrats also go again to KD Young for breaking the school shot put record on Saturday.
- Track team members need to turn in uniforms by Wednesday to one of the coaches.
- 7-12 band concert tonight 7:30 pm in cafetorium.
- 8th grade completion dance Friday.
- Begin to take things home from your lockers that you are finished with.
- Remember to behave nicely this week. Consequences will still be assigned for this year or the start of next year if needed. Positive rewards will also be given throughout the week.
- Limited hall travel this week. Keep in mind that the high school will be preparing for and giving exams, so the environment must be quiet in their areas.
- Regular schedule Monday thru Wednesday. Thursday is a 1:50 dismissal. No student attendance Friday. Report card day is Monday.

- Nice job to our band and Mr. Wattleworth last night. The concert was very nice.
- Full days today and tomorrow. Thursday is a 1:50 dismissal. Report to ap first thing on Thursday. A lot of the day will be reward time for students who have earned it, which is most of you. Some, though, will be in a quiet room due to too much discipline 4th quarter.
- No student attendance on Friday. Report card day is Monday the 21st from 10 am until noon. Report cards will be distributed through ap.
- Reminder you must make sure to be quiet in high school areas. They are taking final exams.
- High school cheerleading meeting and practice after school Wednesday until 4:45.
- Full day today. 1:50 dismissal tomorrow. No student attendance on Friday. Report card day is Monday from 10-12. They will be distributed through ap sections.
- 6th and 7th grade locker clean out today during ap.
- Tomorrow we will begin the day in ap to collect locks. Most of the remainder of the day will be our positive reward time. Most students will be able to attend this. Others will be in a quiet room.
- Reminder that the high school students are taking exams today and tomorrow. You must be quiet if you are in their area of the school.
- Today during ap the 8th graders may go outside to view the tree planted in memory of Nicole.
- Congrats to Cole Eckart, Tricia Maton, and Austin Rayburn for placing in the art show in Decatur.
- 1:50 dismissal today. No student attendance tomorrow. Monday is report card day from 10-12.
- We will begin today in ap and then move in to our positive behavior reward time. Make sure to enjoy your last day of the year and do not make any poor decisions that would ruin it.
- Make sure signs on lockers are off.
- Thanks go to three people that affect the middle school that are retiring- Mrs. Letterly, Mrs. Reynolds (speech teacher), and Murray. Make sure to thank them if you see them today.
- Cell phones may be carried today since we are collecting locks first thing. However, they need to remain off until the end of the day in the gym. During yearbook signing, I will allow you to take pictures of your friends before leaving for summer.
- Best of luck to our track athletes that are attending State competition.
- 8th grade dance is tomorrow from 6-8 p.m. It is only for current 8th graders.
- Remember that high school students are still taking exams. You must be quiet in their areas. Teachers, please take any groups going outside through the front doors and avoid the high school halls. No roaming.
- Bells are off today. Teachers please go with the times listed on the daily schedule I put out earlier this week.
