• How does a student reset their password?

The District provides all students grades 4-12 a network login id, Google account, and a Microsoft account.  All of these accounts are synchronized with the network login id to share the same password.  Students should first contact their classroom teacher or office staff if they have issues with their password or account.  Students should be the only one that knows the password to their accounts and should never share or provide their password to anyone.

When students are provided their login id, they are also asked to enroll in a web based program that allows them to change or reset their password from any web browser or location.  A password can be changed by using the web based system and verifying their identity by providing the account and the answers to questions they were asked during the enrollment process.  The URL for the self-service account management is provided to students each year or when they enroll.

I am a parent.  How do I get the Login Id or password to my Family Access account?

If you do not know your Login Id for Family Access, you can visit the District's Skyward Family Access page at https://sservices.wl.k12.il.us/scripts/wsisa.dll/WService=wsEAplus/fwemnu01.w and click on the Forgot Your Login Id/Password link and the information will be emailed to the email address you provide if it matches an email address the District has on file.  If you have any issues with your Skyward Family Access account, please contact your child's building office.  Please keep your contact information up to date through Family Access or by providing it to office staff when it changes.
