    The Warrensburg Latham CUSD #11 Food Service Department is committed to providing healthy and well-balanced meals to your children. We continuously strive to offer a large variety of quality food choices in the cafeteria. We believe that healthy meals and healthy habits are essential to a student's success in the classroom and beyond.

     

     

  • About the Program

    WL CUSD #11 operates two on-site preparation kitchens with 9 trained staff members. All staff members are either certified food safety managers or hold a food handlers certificate. Training in all areas of food preparation, food handling and food safety is of the highest importance and conducted on a continual basis throughout the school year.  Our staff works hard to ensure that all food served follows all nutritional guidelines while being of the highest quality.  

    Our program follows the nutritional requirements of the USDA’s National School Lunch (USDA) and meets the nutritional and professional standards set forth by the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE).
