Technology is used to enhance and support both curriculum and the business operations of the district. The Information Technology Department provides IT resources that are utilized across the entire district by students, faculty, staff, visitors, and members of the community.
The Information Technology (IT) Department's primary purpose is to support the students, parents, faculty, support staff, and administrators of the district through research, consultation, budgeting, purchasing, installing, configuring, maintenance and repair, and technology asset tracking.
Help Desk - Provides the initial line of support for requesting non-emergency technical support service. The Help Desk system provides help request ticketing, tracking, and automated communications which help to prioritize and streamline technical support.
Network and Infrastructure Support
Maintain and support the districts wired and wireless networks, fiber optics and cabling infrastructure as well as district wide servers, systems, and network security. In addition, provides support and maintenance of the district’s telephone system, telecommunications interconnect, Internet service, and all related equipment.
