How does a student reset their password?

The District provides all students grades 4-12 an internal network login id and a Google account.  These accounts are synchronized to share the same password.  All MS and HS students should have created an account on our Reset My Password web site.  Students should first contact their classroom teacher or office staff if they have not setup a Reset My Password account and are having issues with their password or account.  Students should not share their password with anyone and should be the only person who kbows the password to their account.

When students are provided their login id, they are also asked to enroll in web based program, Reset My Password, that allows them to change or reset their password from any web browser or location.  A password can be changed by using the web based system and verifying their identity by providing the account and the answers to identity questions they were asked during the enrollment process.  The URL for the self-service account management is provided to students each year or when they enroll.

I am a parent.  How do I get the Login Id or password to my Family Access account?

If you do not know your Login Id for Family Access, you can visit the District's Skyward Family Access page at and click on the Forgot Your Login Id/Password link and the information will be emailed to the email address you provide if it matches an email address the District has on file.  If you have any issues with your Skyward Family Access account, please contact your child's building office.  Please keep your contact information up to date through Family Access or by providing it to office staff when it changes.
